These terms apply to orders placed through trendstyle.com.au. By placing an order you agree to them. They sit alongside our Shipping & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, and nothing in them limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. All transport rates and prices are correct at the time of publishing.

At checkout you can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or PayPal, or use the buy now, pay later providers Afterpay, Zip or humm, which are subject to each provider’s own terms and approval.

3. Our products, the planner and installation

Our cabinets are supplied flat packed. Step-by-step instructions are on our Assembly Instructions page.

Trendstyle sells flat-packed products for you to install yourself. We are not a builder and we do not offer installation services. The online planner is a do-it-yourself planning tool. You are responsible for checking that your design and your installation meet the building rules that apply where you live, and for checking every measurement on site. Trendstyle is not responsible for loss or damage caused by a design that does not meet those rules or by incorrect installation. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Delivery and collection

Goods are shipped within 2 business days, providing they are in stock. We do not part ship orders: your order is shipped in its entirety as soon as it is available.

If you bought online you can collect your order from our Belmont warehouse by booking a time on our Order Pickup page.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
